Tagging Clients and Jobs
A tag is a short description or a word used to describe a customer or a job for organizational purposes. You can use tags to segment your client list and grab all of your customers in a specific group.

A tag is a short description or a word we use to describe a customer or a job for organizational purposes.
How to Apply a Tag to a Client:
- Choose the Client
- Go to the TAGS tab
This is where you’ll see a list of all the tags applied to the client. - Click NEW
- Type the name of a tag (i.e. “Favorite”)
- Hit the Enter key or the Tab key to turn it into a tag
- Type additional words to add multiple tags
- Click DONE
You’ll see the applied tag on the list.
Note: There is no limit to the number of tags a client or a job can have.
How to Apply a Tag to a Job:
- Choose the Client
- Select the Job
- Go to the TAGS tab
- Click NEW
- Type the name of a tag (i.e. “Powerwash”)
- Hit the Enter key or the Tab key to turn it into a tag
- Type additional words to add multiple tags
- Click DONE
You’ll see the applied tag on the list.
